Aventicum

A small village in the Swiss canton of Avenches in very popular among tourists, because in its territory remains of the ancient Roman city Aventikum, the capital of Roman Switzerland.

Once prosperous cities founded Julius Caesar during the Romanization of the Celts. Today, the museum complex Aventikum outdoor redolent with history of ancient times.
