Alimentarium - Museum of Nutrition

Alimentarium Museum is the only museum in the world supply. It was opened in 1985 in the Swiss town of Vevey. 

Museum exhibits housed in a two-story building and is divided into several thematic exhibitions. Visitors can explore the room devoted to the process of cooking and eating. The second floor offers guests get acquainted with modern agricultural technologies and requirements for retail food trade. In addition, walking through the halls of the museum Alimentarium, you can learn a lot about the physiology of nutrition and the impact of food on the human body. There is also a café, where guests are offered dishes from the museum's own kitchen. 

From Geneva to Vevey can be reached by train and by car, the road will take about an hour.
