Room - Campari & Orange
This south-facing room is located in the main building. It features a terrace with sun lounger, shared with one other room and is styled with red furniture and a sand coloured carpet. The room comprises a flat-screen TV, a bathroom with shower, a ceiling fan, a coffee machine and a minibar. This room is located on the street side and has partial lake views.

Room - Coffee & Cream
This very spacious room has a pergola on the rooftop with a bath tub, an open bathroom, a separate toilet, a massage rain shower and a steam cabin. The room with panoramic windows offers lake views and is styled with a walnut laminate floor, rattan furniture and black ceramics in the bathroom and toilet. This room comprises a big TV, a stereo with mp3 connection, 2 ceiling fans, a coffee machine and a minibar.

Room - Tokyo & Hotel
This very spacious room is located in the Borromini house opposite the main building. It offers views of the lake and the village road and comes with an open bathroom, a spa bath, a steam bath with rain shower and a separate toilet and washing room with metallic ceramic floor. The room features white coloured furniture, a leather sofa, a living area and individually selectable LED colour floor spots. The large flat-screen TV has a surround system and an iPod docking station. The room also comprises underfloor heating, a ceiling fan, a coffee machine and a mini refrigerator.

Room - Orient & Express
Very spacious loft room with a big east-facing loggia with sun loungers. It is fitted with an open bathroom with steam bath and rain shower and a separate toilet and washing room. The room is styled with rosewood floors, a sofa and custom-made wooden furniture and comprises a large flat-screen TV with surround system and iPod docking station, a ceiling fan, underfloor heating, a coffee machine and a mini refrigerator.

Room - Lucy & Fair
This very small, street-facing corner room is located in the main building and offers a small bathroom with shower and toilet, a flat-screen TV, a stereo with mp3 connection, a ceiling fan, a coffee machine and a minibar. The room is styled with walnut laminate floor, silver coloured furniture and a cinema chair. Please note that extra beds are not available in this room type. Pets cannot be accommodated. This room is not ideal for long stays.

Room - Sugar & Sweet
This very small room in the main building is facing the street and offers a simple grey-tiled bathroom with shower and toilet, a flat-screen TV, a stereo with mp3 connection, a ceiling fan, a coffee machine and a minibar. Villetta - Sweet & Home
This spacious 2-storey house has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living and dining area, 2 balconies, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, underfloor heating, a big flat-screen TV with satellite channels and a stereo. The house is located in the village centre, 30 metres from the main building. It is is styled with marble floors in the bathroom and living area, olive wood floors in the bedroom and a leather sofa.

Room - West & Village
The very spacious room is located in the Borromini house opposite the main building. It has an open bathroom with spa bath, steam bath and rain shower and a separate toilet and includes a large flat-screen TV with surround system and iPod docking station, a ceiling fan, underfloor heating, a coffee machine and a mini refrigerator. The room is styled with kwila wood floors, a velvet sofa, an antique Indian wardrobe, an exotic cocktail table and a metal bed.

Room - Upper & Westside
This very spacious room is located on the second floor in the Borromini house opposite the main building. This room was completely refurbished in 2009 and is situated in the main building on the second floor, facing the lake. The unit consists of a living room and a small bedroom, a balcony with lake views and a simple white tiled bathroom with shower and toilet. It is equipped with walnut and birchwood laminate floors, white leather and white lacquer furniture and offers a bed on a pedestal with views of the lake. Amenities include a flat-screen TV, a stereo with mp3 connection and air conditioning in the bedroom.

This room consists of a small living room and bedroom, a simple bathroom with shower and toilet and a large covered terrace with 2 deck chairs and a bed.
