Located on the 1st to 4th floors, with views of the surrounding park, a double bed, a relaxation corner with a comfortable armchair and side board, and a bathroom with a spacious rain shower. Please note that baby beds cannot be accommodated in this room type.

Comfort Chic Double Room
Located on the 1st to 4th floors, with views of the surrounding park, a relaxation corner with a comfortable armchair and side board, and a bathroom with a spacious rain shower. Double beds are either 1.60 or 1.80 x 2.00 metres in size. Interconnected rooms available with Classic Chic and Comfort Chic rooms and Comfort Junior Suite.

Classic Chic Double or Twin Room with Lake View
Located on the 1st to 5th floors, with a furnished balcony and panoramic views over Lake Lugano, a relaxation corner with a comfortable armchair and small table, and a bathroom with a spacious rain shower. Bed sizes are 1 double 1.60 x 2.00 or (on request) 2 single beds 0.80 x 2.00. Please note that baby beds cannot be accommodated in this room type.

Comfort Chic Double Room with Lake View
Located on the 1st to 5th floors, with a furnished balcony (including a sun lounger) and panoramic views over Lake Lugano and a relaxation corner with a comfortable armchair, a queen-sized bed and a small table. A private bathroom is fitted with a spacious rain shower.

Comfort Junior Suite
Located on the 1st to 3rd floors, with a small furnished balcony and views of the surrounding park, spacious living and sleeping areas with comfortable armchairs, a king-sized bed and a sofa corner. A private bathroom is fitted with 2 washbasins, a bath and a spacious rain shower, and a separate toilet.

Penthouse Suite with Lake View
Located on the 5th floor, with a balcony and panoramic views over Lake Lugano. Included in the rate are alcohol-free drinks in the minibar (refilled once a day). A private bathroom is fitted with a spa bath, bathrobes, slippers and a bag with pool towels for the duration of your stay. Guests can benefit from free access to the spa area as a king-sized bed.
